Do not buy Airbnb properties at retail prices with a mortgage. That strategy will require you to put 25% down and will require a lot of cash. Instead learn how to find distressed properties at 50 cents on the dollar and then borrow the money from a private lender to purchase the property.
Use the Buy, Repair, Rent, Refinance Strategy (BRRR) but instead of putting in a long term tenant with a one year lease, you will be renting the property short term for as little as 3 nights at a time. By doing this you will exponentially increase your cash flow 3 to 5 times or more.
We have students making $50,000 a month on Airbnb with this strategy!
